The short version

We don't sell your data. We don't show ads. The articles you generate, the sites you connect, and your billing details are stored only to operate the service — and shared only with the third-party processors that strictly need them (auth, payments, AI). You can export and delete everything at any time.

What we collect

  • Account info. Email, password (hashed via Supabase auth), language preference.
  • Sites you connect. URLs, target keywords, brand voice notes — used to generate articles.
  • Generated articles. Stored in your dashboard until you delete them.
  • Billing info. Subscription state + Stripe customer ID. Card numbers are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see them.
  • Usage analytics. Anonymous, aggregated traffic stats. No third-party trackers.

Subprocessors

To run BlogForge we share specific data with:

  • Vercel — hosting. Sees your IP and pages visited.
  • Supabase — database + authentication. Sees your account + records.
  • Stripe — payment processing. Sees your billing email + card details (we never do).
  • Anthropic / OpenAI — AI article generation. Sees the prompts and brand context you provide. Per their API terms, prompts are not used to train models.

Your rights

  • Export everything. Articles can be downloaded as Markdown or copied as HTML.
  • Delete everything. Cancel from the billing page; request full deletion via support email.
  • Cancel billing in one click via the Stripe customer portal.

California (CCPA), EU/UK (GDPR), and other-jurisdiction users have additional rights including the right to know, the right to delete, and the right to opt out of any data sharing. Contact us to exercise them.

Security

Data at rest is encrypted by Supabase (Postgres with TLS-protected storage). Data in transit uses TLS 1.3. Authentication uses Supabase's session tokens with secure-cookie defaults.

Children

BlogForge is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes to this policy

If we materially change how we use data, we'll email account holders and post a banner on the site. We won't expand data collection retroactively without explicit consent.
