By using BlogForge you agree to these terms. We provide AI-generated SEO articles + tools to publish them. We don't guarantee specific search rankings, traffic, or business outcomes from using the service. Pay your subscription on time, don't abuse the service, and we'll keep delivering. Either of us can end the agreement at any time.

You must be 18 or older. By signing up you confirm the information you provide is accurate and the payment method belongs to you.

• You're responsible for keeping your password secure.
• You're responsible for any activity under your account.
• One person per account. No sharing logins across teammates — contact us about a team plan.

BlogForge is an AI tool that generates SEO-optimized blog articles based on prompts and brand context you provide. It is not a guarantee of search engine rankings, traffic, conversions, or revenue. Search algorithms change, niches vary, and quality of execution depends on your editorial judgment.

Articles are AI-generated. You are responsible for reviewing them for accuracy, plagiarism, and brand fit before publishing. We retain no liability for content you choose to publish.

• Free trial — 3 articles, no card required.
• Starter — $19/month, 5 articles, 1 site.
• Growth — $49/month, 20 articles, 3 sites.
• Scale — $99/month, 60 articles, 10 sites.
• Cancel anytime from the billing page. You keep access through the end of your paid period.
• Refunds — refunds within 7 days of subscription start, prorated. After that, no refunds (you can still cancel future renewals).
• Price changes apply only to future billing cycles and require 30 days' email notice.

You agree not to:

• Generate content for spam, fraud, or to deceive search engines (cloaking, doorway pages, link farms).
• Generate content that infringes copyright, defames, or harasses any person.
• Generate adult, illegal, or content prohibited by Anthropic or OpenAI usage policies.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the service.
• Resell BlogForge as your own white-labeled product without a separate agreement.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these rules. We'll refund any unused paid period unless the violation involves fraud.

You own the articles BlogForge generates from your prompts. We retain a non-exclusive license to display them back to you in the dashboard. We do not use your prompts or generated articles to train AI models.

BlogForge's name, logo, code, design, and AI prompts are ours. You get a license to use the service while subscribed; you do not own any part of the platform itself.

We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee any specific SLA. AI provider outages (Anthropic, OpenAI) can affect article generation. We don't refund for short interruptions outside our control.

BlogForge is provided "as is." To the maximum extent allowed by law, BlogForge, its founders and team disclaim all warranties (express, implied, statutory) including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Our total liability for any claim related to BlogForge is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost search rankings, lost revenue, or content disputes from articles you chose to publish.

You can cancel any time. We can terminate your account if you violate these terms or stop paying, after giving you a chance to fix the issue. On termination, you have 30 days to export your articles before we permanently delete them.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida — except where local consumer-protection law requires a different forum.

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be emailed to you and posted on the site with at least 30 days' notice before they apply.
